Included in the registration fee for NZRA + ARA Members in Training. This is open to current trainees and those within 2 years of graduation i.e. a 5 year span. Other NZRA + ARA members are not eligible to attend.

All ARA/NZRA and RHPA/NZHPR Full Time Registrations will be entitled to:
• entry to all scientific sessions and displays
• programmed morning and afternoon teas and lunches from Saturday to Tuesday
• conference satchel, programme and meeting abstracts
• Welcome Reception (Saturday 20 May)
All ARA/NZRA and RHPA/NZHPR Day Registrations will be entitled to:
• entry to all scientific sessions and displays on the day/s registered only
• programmed morning and afternoon teas and lunches on the day/s registered only
• conference satchel, programme and meeting abstracts
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 31 March 2017. There is an $150 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable.
PAYMENT OF FEES
Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only). Please contact the Secretariat electronic banking transfer details.
All registrations will be acknowledged in writing. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received.
We suggest you make a copy of this form for your own records. Registrations will only be acknowledged once payment has been received.
FEDERAL GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST)
New Zealand has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The New Zealand Rheumatology Association is registered for GST - the IRD is 60-649-846. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice. In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the NZRA + ARA and the Meeting Managers of the Annual Scientific Meeting accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE DINNER
Date: Monday 22nd May 2017
Dinner: 7.00 for 7.30 – 11.00 pm
Cost: $140 per ticket
The conference dinner will be at the iconic Auckland War Memorial Museum and will include a traditional Māori Welcome.
Tickets will be $140 per person and include dinner, drinks and entertainment.
NB This function is not included in the full registration.
Travellers cheques in any of the major currencies (British pound, Euro, US dollar, Australian dollar) can be exchanged into New Zealand dollars on arrival and are accepted at hotels, banks and some stores.
